I’m a licensed therapist and a manager. I chose noon for my notification time because that’s the craziest time of my day and it is just what I need. I highly recommend this app.

I love this app it is so peaceful when I am rushing around crazy. I really need this to try and calm my body down.

I’m not totally crazy about a few things with this update. I loved this app but one change in particular really has me missing it greatly. Why did you remove the word Smile on the daily's! I loved those because even when I’d had a bad day I would read the daily and then it would remind me to SMILE I hope that comes back! It was such an important thing to me! Secondly the icon stinks! I like the old one better! I don’t even get this egg photo for an icon! I’m sure there’s probably some other meaning behind it but to me it looks like an egg! Dumb! I do like new photos and I haven’t had a chance to check out any other sections yet but hoping they will be great.

Nice positive quotes and relaxing music

This would easily get five stars from me if it had a better widget. At the very least, the ability to make a fully transparent widget (based on background wallpaper, etc.). MD Blank app does this well and I often add quotes from this app to that one in order to have them display nicely on my Home Screen. However, that is such a hassle. Thanks!

I love these 7 seconds of checking in with the now. I have notifications set to see it at the time I typically need it most, plus I look at it before bed.
