What a wonderful and delightful little helper to keep track of important thiga and of course impermanence. I wish I could schedule more 7 seconds a day though.

You need more content on “ Mindfulness” or something to go further with. I enjoy the App, the Bhuddist way is effective for me. I also enjoy nature sounds, snd some tones of sounds to balance my Tinnitus out.

I’m a licensed therapist and a manager. I chose noon for my notification time because that’s the craziest time of my day and it is just what I need. I highly recommend this app.

I love this app it is so peaceful when I am rushing around crazy. I really need this to try and calm my body down.

I’m not totally crazy about a few things with this update. I loved this app but one change in particular really has me missing it greatly. Why did you remove the word Smile on the daily's! I loved those because even when I’d had a bad day I would read the daily and then it would remind me to SMILE I hope that comes back! It was such an important thing to me! Secondly the icon stinks! I like the old one better! I don’t even get this egg photo for an icon! I’m sure there’s probably some other meaning behind it but to me it looks like an egg! Dumb! I do like new photos and I haven’t had a chance to check out any other sections yet but hoping they will be great.
