My anxiety and stress got so bad last year that I developed insomnia. I was a mess and very weepy. In addition to medication and therapy, I used the mindfulness app to help me manage my stress and anxiety. I’m better these days. I’m off medication and do therapy as needed. I continue to use this app several times a week to meditate for about 10 minutes/session. I like that I can quickly find different meditations on the app and for most meditations I can determine the length.

To say this app is amazing doesn’t even begin to give it enough credit! I absolutely love every detail from the daily meditations to the soothing music. It’s such a beautiful resource to help create a better life for yourself & I highly recommend that this is where you go to either start or continue your meditation & self help journey.

I listen to the Daily Mindfulness (coaching) sessions to help me wind down for sleep. The topics are so relevant to my life and both Melli and Corey’s voices are so calming that I often fall asleep before the meditation starts (not their intention likely but helpful for me nonetheless). I love this app and am excited to listen to a greater variety of speakers and take deeper dives into topics.
