I just downloaded this and immediately felt the need to give this review. First of all it’s completely free which you can never find apps like that anymore, and second it’s just wonderful. There are so many helpful tools including daily self checkins, guided meditation-like audios to calm yourself, a beautiful community you can join to talk to others about your experiences to get advice and support, strategies for every type of anxiety out there, an option to get professional help, healthy affirmations, goal setting, simple methods to improve your lifestyle overall, and so many more incredible features. This app is amazing and I’m so glad I found it. If you’re thinking of trying it I beg you please do!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! ♥️

Has Potential but has issues

This app was recommended to me recently. I have had to remove and reinstall the app a couples times just to be able to create an account. Once I was finally able to create an account, it was go light in colour and offers no dark mode, for those of us who have light sensitivity it makes it hard. It’s also slow and glitchy. Pages aren’t loading. Hopefully the developer will fix the issues and will also put out a dark mode. I do like that I can use this to track my mood daily and write. A blurb about my mood. 400 character limit might be an issue. Maybe not though.

I think this is a great app and can help a lot of people. My only recommendation is when participating in a breathing exercise in chill zone, a visual such as a pulse or contracting circle would help during those times I cannot find a private space or put my earbuds in. While being quite it would be nice to have visual ques.

Good but some glitches

I see the potential in this app and started to use it for a couple days, but now I can’t save any custom coping cards and the ones I saved earlier are all gone! I really hope this glitch gets fixed.

C’est une très bonne idée d’application. Vous devriez toutefois, lors de l’étape d’ajout de symptômes l’option d’ajouter nous-même des catégories en plus. (Ex : eczema, yeux secs, etc…)

Doesn’t Work Anymore

I used to use this app pre-iOS 18, recently redownloaded it because some issues have resurfaced, but I can’t get past the sign in/up page. Even resetting my password doesn’t work.

The app won’t work since you’ve upgraded

I’ve always enjoyed the meditations on the app and the ability to write my thoughts out so that I can challenge them. But ever since you’ve upgraded, I haven’t been able to use the app at all. It keeps asking me to create an account and when I do it says there’s an error message. and when I’ve tried resetting my password it doesn’t send me anything.

Great as a wellness tool, does not provide free therapy

The good: - easy to navigate - soothing colour palette - tools offered (journal, coping cards, habit tracking, meditations) are ones that are proven to work, when used regularly - challenges, experiments, mindfulness, etc. are all highly effective approaches and activities Improvements needed: - dark mode option, the glaring white is decidedly not soothing especially for folks with light sensitivity - offer a trial period before requiring users to create an account - make it VERY clear in marketing, promotional materials, and presentations that the app supports CBT therapy and techniques, but DOES NOT offer free CBT therapy - the community discussion board is a challenging place to spend time in, as it’s chock full of posts that detail the struggles people are currently facing, which lends it an incredibly negative vibe and creates a heavy experience

So far this app has not given me any trouble or frustration! I feel that in this app there is something for everyone, as I have trouble sleeping, it has given me various tips and tricks! No complaints!
