The app looks good and the navigation is easy, but the player is so jittery and buggy. 2 out of 5 times taps don’t work (for pausing/resuming videos), the full screen/window switching doesn’t work at times, and the slider is really hard to use on the newer iPhones as it gets registered as an app switch gesture by random. Overall, a very poor app experience compared to the rivals out there.

Videos randomly stop playing and have to be restarted from the start. Incredibly frustrating. This is on an iPhone 8 with latest iOS and stable and fast 4g. Doesn't seem to be a buffering issue but a bug with playback in the video component.

You seriously need to change the functionality for this app. It doesn’t allow errors - as an example -I had to answer a question by typing out the letters via touching them To spell an answer. I spelled the word at normal typing speed but my phone didn’t detect one of my thumb presses so I spelled logic logc it then wouldn’t allow me to edit or undo and I had to submit a wrong answer. Same happens if you accidentally touch a wrong answer on multiple choice questions. Not the end of the world but it stays permanently and marks your score down - this is rubbish You should be able to edit or change answers before hitting a submit button. 1 Star from me because that is a major oversight. My thumbs aren’t even fat and I’ve had multiple wrong answers because of this.

It’s a shame that when you’re trying to use this platform to advance your learning through watching training videos that you have to experience continual interruptions. Interruptions meaning app crashes. I can barely get through a single video without the app crashing. Player controls are clunky and the player doesn’t conform to a lot of Apple’s standards (screen going to sleep Was a huge problem). And the download feature for content seems to be half-baked and rarely works or simply doesn’t download all of the content you select. Lift your game people.

I found some of the controls (especially swipe for next) to be a bit frustrating. Flow of content and look feel is generally good. Saving offline is a very useful feature

Good and and easy to manage the app. Feedback from team is participative
