Mindtickle

1. Have had to re install 3 times in 1 day to complete a training course, fails to load ever again after crashing. once mindtickle crashes not even resetting phone will resolve the issue. 2. Downloaded files don’t work on airplane mode, so not much value in downloading files

I want to learn and the technology of this app gets in the way of learning. It feels locked in and inflexible. The Home screen is confusing and items inadvertently clicked never go away. I can never find what I want, I get a link from outside the system to get where I need to go.

This app never works cleanly. I’m amazed they got such a large company to use it to train their employees. I get an invitation for another training module to complete on an iPad and all I get is the golden spinning circle of nothing. They should change the name from MindTickle to ChokeHold.

Required interactive activities don’t work, the app just locks up. I can swipe to leave, but never advance in the lessons.

The MindTickle platform overall isn’t bad, but this mobile app leaves much to be desired. Most importantly, as a field employee, I’m often in my car driving from one appointment to the next. When I use Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or pretty much any other app with audio, the audio plays over my car radio via Bluetooth. But for some reason, this one doesn’t, and it’s rather infuriating. Also, it would be nice if the push notifications took you to the newly-published content that generated the notification in the first place.

Most confusing app in the world

As soon as I signed up, you immediately sent me 16 emails. Not a single one of them had an option to unsubscribe. I need to get this resolved immediately

Every 2-3 weeks or so, I would get an access token error but it won’t let me sign out to sign back in, so the only thing I can do is uninstall the app and reinstall it. It has happened multiple times now and is super annoying. Their support team is not helpful either

Would give it five stars if you could download courses and watch them off line. If future videos are locked you can only download the first video in a series. Which defeats the purpose

It’s a good app. One feature I’d like to see is AirPlay. Watching videos or PPT files on mobile phone display is okay but sometimes you need a bigger screen to see more details or just to sit on sofa and relax while the content is being played on TV screen. Another thing is to improve video player fluidity, add pause button and skip back/ahead functions.
