Easy to use
Easy to get started and been very reliable so far.

Bought this years ago. Two of them and also mad friends buy them. Not only am I paying expensive subscription. This is a private house. Not a a rental. But Minuts entire model is around renting. Also no way of for 8-10€ or 8-10$ getting access to API. So totally useless for me now. I will stop the payments. It’s not worth it at all. Will hav to look for another solution. FYI minut years ago promised HomeKit support. They scrapped it and removed all traces in their site of it.
Kräver prenumeration
Köpte denna för några år sedan för att bevaka volym i lägenheten. Nu har Minut bestämt sig för att göra produkten helt oanvändbar om man inte skaffar en dyr årlig prenumeration. Oacceptabelt och vilseledande marknadsföring.
Scam warning!
You need a subscription to be able to use your Minut. Initially it was free. For a 100€ toy, I think it is over the top to further force the owners to pay for an additional subscription. I will trash the Minute and buy a 30€, subscription free, alternative.
Inte nöjd
Att de slutar supporta generation 1 av pointsen (min enhet går inte att koppla in igen efter factory reset) och sedan går från 0 till 1200 kr per år. Jag hade inte köpt enheterna för flera år sedan om jag visste att det skulle bli såhär.
Brist på affärsetik
Först tog de bort proximity, iofs beta, men fungerade bra och var mycket smidigt. Sedan hade de den dåliga smaken att höja årsavgiften från 0 kronor till 1200 per år! Det var inte dealen när jag betalade 1500 för enheten. Kjell & Co återtog produkten för destruktion. Bra av dem, men köp inte produkter från dessa tvivelaktiga affärsidkare. Vad blir det nästa vända när kassan tryter? 2400? 4800?….
Sucks!
This app sucks. It forces you to enter a adress to add a home but nothing happens. So i can not add the minut alarm device. I hate this alarm so, worst buy ever.
Good until you move
I’ve been a user since the start and it’s a very nice product that works well and the support staff tries its best to help BUT if you move the app is not properly designed to handle it, and you will get a lot of problems connecting and the user flows in the app is nested and has no error handling. Worst of all, after finally managing to get it to connect it deleted all previous graphs that had been collected for several years without even asking. So sorry, 1 star for this.
No widget
There is now widget to be able to turn off and on the alarm from the Home Screen and the integration with Google Assistant works horribly. Not intuitive at all. I should be able to toggle the alarm as soon as I have launched the app.
