Game is ok but only play free to play DO NOT pay for any packages as it’s a toss up wether or not you will receive anything I’ve complained twice about not receiving anything despite having proof of payment only to be fobbed off with ‘we are looking into it’ and that was 6 months ago heard nothing since buyer beware I guess
Bought packages but I never get the items. I asked for a refund but they couldnt give my money back, they can only replace with the same amount. So i did file for a replacement together with the receipts COUNTLESS TIMES. All they response to me was the case was passed to the relevant department! Its been nearly two months and i didnt get any updates at all! When I asked for my bank to refund my money. MIR4 banned my account due for a refund. I can only get my account back once I send them money in their bank account. And I DID! It took me 3 months when my account was unban. They will not let you know about your case because they dont update you at all. And they never refund the money they took from me, no replacement!!!VERY DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!!I FEEL REALLY SAD BECAUSE I DID ENJOYED PLAYING THIS GAME BUT ALL OF US 60 members QUIT PLAYING THIS RUBBISH SCAMMERS!!! TRUST ME! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Full of bots. not worth playing! Clearly the developer does nothing to ban bots even if you report them.
Completely P2W almost no drops for F2P players, could be such a great game and there are bots everywhere

I paid to get a a package in this game twice but they never give they items. I even contacted the costumer service twice and sent the proof of receipt but until now they haven’t give my items that I purchased from their store.
Excellent game, high graphics, easy to play, I love it, the only issue is that sometimes it’s crashing and you need to start again, this will affect if you leave it overnight on farming/levelling, also lots of bots will be better if they will implement anti-cheating system and last to block pvp fights in the Portal where players should farm not being beaten by high level players. Rest of that the game it’s awesome.
It’s a brilliant game, except the bots, please get rid of the bots that we can play more.
