Poor customer service not worth the time
After playing this game for almost 2 years now I’m deciding to finally review it since I have sufficient knowledge about it. If you are planning to play to earn it isn’t worth it, if you are planning to play without spending a lot of money it isn’t worth it. Matter of fact the amount of money you spend will be far more than you’ll ever make. There are many high level NFT for sale now because the players at the very top know this and they are getting out now. Aside from that the customer support is never helpful, they never take responsibility and rarely respond to reports. I have filed about 6 complaints over the last year or so and only 1 was responded to with an “it’s not our problem” response. The others were all ignored and deleted over time. In all truthfulness their bad faith business dealings should warrant an investigation into their company.
Addicting game
For me this is quite addicting game. Graphic quite good on pc. As in iphone it is good to go. Gameplay is nice. Not as complex as blade and soul, as for pvp style. The dungeons mechanics quite easy to do

This game was loaded through malware without my permission, and stole $$ from my account.

So my account was banned for a refund I open a ticket they would like to restore my account but I have to wire money to their bank. Does any one know how to do it from USA to Korea?
