Creators of the game condones harassment and bullying
I had enjoyed this game but now it has come to a point where I can’t enjoy this game anymore and feel this game has been a nightmare to play. I had looked past some of the negative aspects of the game and updates but having being harassed and bullied in the game and after complaints made by my fellow alliance members and friends and not dealt with, it has become hard to enjoy the game anymore, let alone spend anymore money on it as I had in the past. My fellow alliance friends and I had been a target of harassment and bullied daily by the same player for over a week straight and still going on. Complaints made to customer service and support but nothing has been done. All the army troops in our accounts were completely destroyed by this person and we can’t participate in events anymore because all our resources are spent on trying to get back our troops. We have proof of the bully saying that he will harass and bully us daily and will not stop until everyone in my alliance quits playing the game. How is it that complaints being lodged by not one player, but more players about the same problematic player be ignored by the creators of this game? I am so disappointed in the developers and the mods.
