I have been playing over 2 years and have 10 accounts, it was fun. Then they added lots of small games that take a lot of time and little rewards. That was bad enough but with the new update. They took our heroes reworked them and did not explain how to build them up. The BATTLE IN WATER AND TIDE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. SOME PLAYERS HAVE TO USE THE ALLIANCE CHAT BECAUSE THE BATTLE CHAT DOES NOT WORK FOR THEM. SO YOU HAVE CHAT IN 2 PLACES. THIS DOES NOT WORK AND HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND WE KEEP TELLING YOU. NOTHING. You have made it so we have to buy to keep playing. WRONG “WE DO NOT HAVE TO” I CALL ON EVERY ONE TO QUIT PAYING FOR ANYTHING, NOT ONE PENNY UNTIL YOU FIX WHAT YOU BROKE IN YOUR GREED FOR MONEY I DID TRY THE WATER BATTLE ITS NOT FIXED AND I WILL NOT PLAY YOUR SILLY SMALL GAMES AT ALL AND WILL NOT DO ANY OF THEM, AND NO POK, NO CRUNCH ANYTHING. STOP DRIVING US AWAY. COMPENSATE US FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. I HAVE BEEN ON COMPUTERS WNEN THE biggest hard drive was 10 megabytes. LONG TIME And have been a betta tester on the first online games. LISTEN TO THE PLAYER. NOT ONE PENNY MORE UNTIL YOU FIX WHAT YOU BROKE. I WILL GIVE YOU TIME BEFORE I DELETE YOUR GAME.

The latest update has ruined the game for good. After 2 years of game play and tons of money invested, this update is a smack in the face. Why mess with something that was not broken? And then the developers treat us like children and try to convince us that this was a good thing and that they really care about us players. What a pile of horse manure!

Looked forward to playing a game of strategy with fellow enthusiasts. Instead got a game full of bugs and glitches. Latest update completely destroyed the heroes and troops. Can’t set troops to what you want. Biggest complaint is complete money grab. The customer is nothing in this game unless you whip out your credit card. Very disappointing to see the direction they took. The promos are not what this game is or looks like. Players beware.

Every event is now paid to play they keep taking away. Our troops in our buildings are not compensating us for them. They ask us what we want out of the game and do the exact opposite. It’s horrible.

I have played this game for a while now and always enjoyed it, but now is a different story. I am currently a C35. It takes a lot to get this far. I don't enjoy this game anymore and I am seriously thinking of quitting. The two biggest reasons are: 1. They are getting way too expensive. We all have a life and times are hard now. We can’t afford to spend all the money they want us to. They make it so you can’t grow without spending😡 This gal is NOT going to spend!! 2. The other main reason is the new change they have made. It is utterly ridiculous! It makes no sense plus the only reason they did it was to get us to spend more😡 Well not happening. Come on Devs…read the reviews. So many people are quitting this game because of the amount of $ you want us to spend and the horrible changes you have made! This most recent change is horrible and NO ONE likes it. Many have quit!! 3. On top of all this we are supposed to have MODS and CUSTOMER SERVICE to help us. What a laugh😂 They are useless! In our kingdom we have a big bully who consistently hits and tries to kill most of the kingdom. This person says condescending and vulgar things and has been reported many, many times. Most of the time customer service😂 does nothing and when they do all this person gets is muted for a couple hours😡 He never stops bullying! Many have quit because of this person but they don’t ban him. Very poor customer service😤

I’ve played mini games. We’re spending money. Definitely gave you an edge. And one this game is fun. Their updates are simply to improve buying and spending more money. Phil fix the real problems and they take away things you already had and make it even harder to develop without spending a horde of money. Extremely unreasonable don’t get hooked.

This was a game I got on to play with my friends, spent lots of money on. It was fun. Then you ruined it. Everything I spent is lost. In the return of items from the update, where is the items we spent hard money? Troops are disastrous. Can’t send what troops you want . Have to send out the troops you want. I don’t wanna send level 11 troops to gather.if it’s not fixed I quit. No more money spent.

This game is full of bugs, it’s a constant disappointment. The only way to advance is to spend A LOT of money.

Been playing for a couple years not happy with upgrade

This was a pleasing game and when you get in the right alliance can be a lot of fun and source of friendship. Of course, you have to acknowledge that the developers need to find ways to earn revenue from the game. But their constant updates and changes have turned game play upside down in a bad way. They claim to be listening to the players, but still make unwanted changes.
