Found the application okay to use, finished my product and ordered my photo book, but it’s well past the ‘expected delivery date’ and there’s has been no valid tracking number since a month ago when I placed the order. I have sent numerous emails asking for a tracking number so I know when I can expect it but have received no replies. Spent nearly $100 on a product I may not even receive.
New app is terrible
The app upgrades are awful. There is no ability to see what photos have been uploaded anymore. This basically renders the app useless. You can see some photos under Memories or what’s already completed in your projects. Customer support is terrible.
Easy and fun
I have enjoyed the process of creating a photo book thanks to the ease and helpfulness of Mixbook.

Great experience
I tried a number of photo books but all very hard to navigate Looked up what was the best photo book? Mix books so I uploaded the app and away I went It was a food experience, so Excited now I have order the book Very happy with the online help It is a project 30 years in the making, just can’t wait till the book arrives Thank you Mixbook Sue
Needs some tweaks
I love Mixbook so very excited about the app. However, fingers on phones aren’t practical when resizing a sticker or photo - so there needs to be a slide bar instead of grabbing and resizing with fingers. Secondly, why does it not give the option of choosing your own colour for lettering and borders like on pc? I like to ‘pick up’ a colour that is in a photo and use it somewhere else but can only use the colours that are listed, not my own. Fix these, and it’ll be perfect.
