I don’t know if they have updated it but the interface is ridiculous, you need and can’t scroll left and right to see the whole text…

Late shipping/poor communication
Paid for expedited to arrive yesterday for someone’s birthday. Still hasn’t even shipped today, and no communication around the delay from their end, I had to check status. Plus their customer service is an AI who can’t actually do anything to help and can’t give any useful information. I would look elsewhere if you are on a time crunch.
Avoid at all costs - horrible product delivery and bad people!
This is easily the most shady app and business I’ve worked with ever. This a bait and switch and will be reported to the FTC. Their 100% Happiness Guarantee is completely bogus and not real. Ordered something with delivery date before Xmas, for my aging parents. They were left with no present and its delivery is still unknown. Their customer support policies are the worst I’ve ever encountered. I cannot state strongly enough to use anyone else but Mixbook. Avoid at all costs.
Uploading photos system error
And move pictures around page(s) even trouble deleting photos from page…..

I have never used such an amazing design website. I used it to make a family cookbook, and I ordered 13 for my family. The templates are easy to adjust, you can upload photos directly from your phone, and it’s a perfect balance of easy and detailed. I’ll be recommending this app to everyone!
Use another company
I’ve been making family photo books for 18 years and last year switched to Mixbook. What a mistake! While the photo uploading is pretty easy, the layouts are inflexible, the stickers are corny, and most importantly they have screwed up the production timing and shipping two years in a row. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a live human and the chat service people are given no authority to really help. With so many other options, don’t take a chance with your precious memories with this subpar company
Not great customer service
First time ordering books from here instead of Shutterfly and I made mistake selecting incorrect format for my books. Customer service wouldn’t help me to resolve anything besides giving me less discount code than I already got on my original order. Very sad to keep those books that I am not proud to display and won’t be using this company again.
