All processors can be inserted anywhere in the chain and are easily interchangeable. Each one comes with helpful controls and features for better mixing, production, and sound design.
MixBox is AUv3 compliant to work seamlessly with other music production and recording apps. It offers a freely configurable rack with slots for up to 8 processors, plus independent gain and mix controls, plus a sidechain control for dynamics processing*.
Standalone, MixBox is perfect for live mixing, allowing you to set up to 8 separate racks, each with up to 8 processors. Combine and assign these to your audio device’s inputs/outputs, adjust each one’s gain and level, and you’ll have a massive digital FX rack with up to 64 simultaneous FX. It includes a selection of built-in audio demos to use as reference tracks to audition any of the modules and presets.
To get you going quickly, MixBox CS offers a presets library containing more than 25 presets. By upgrading to the full version, you will unlock a comprehensive library of more than 600 presets covering everything from live mixing to sound design, for both individual processors and whole chains. You can also create and save your own presets for each individual module, the full rack, and even the whole app’s global state as a song.

Good when it’s on special
There are a lot of effects, and maybe if you’re new to making/mixing music on iOS it’s a good deal. However, not all of the effects are great or fantastic and some have zipper noise when adjusting the parameters, which should be something easily avoided by a big company like this one.

Ich hatte eine ausführliche Bewertung geschrieben nach dem Misslungenen Update. Ich hatte eine Menge Alternativen genannt von Entwicklern denen ihre Kundschaft am Herzen liegt. Es waren insgesamt 3 Rezessionen mit Antworten von IK darauf. Daran erkennt man die Politik dieser Firma. Wenn man nicht mal zu seinen Fehlern stehen kann. Ich rate dringend vom Kauf von IK Produkten ab.

in Verbindung mit dem auria pro gelingen absolut transparente sounds! Allein die channel strips sind schon mega. Spart zudem CPU... Wirklich ein 5Star Grosslob von mir!
Große Enttäuschung
Habe die App als Vollversion im Dezember 2020 für 44,- € erworben. Nach erfolgtem Update im Dezember 2021 ging (wie allseits bekannt) erst einmal nichts mehr. Leider habe ich versehentlich (trotz bereits erworbener Vollversion) die Taste "Upgrade to full" aktiviert und alles war umgehend wieder freigeschaltet. Das Problem: Die Kosten über 79,99 € erstattet Apple nicht, obwohl beide Rechnungsnummern dem Support gemeldet wurden. In einer fragwürdig verklausulierten Kaufbestätigung wird darauf hingewiesen, das man den Kauf nicht mehr stornieren kann, wenn man den In-App-Kauf innerhalb von vierzejn Tagen nach dem Kauf lädt oder verwendet. Dummerweise wird die Inn-App sofort automatisch geladen. Fazit: Die mit 124.- € bislang teuerste App, die ich bisher im AppStore erworben habe. Ärgerlich für mich, aber vielleicht hilfreich für andere.
Gave it back bought it cheaper
- overall good sounds, to be honest, the guitar stuff sounds really good - For this price 29€ I’d give 5 Stars but under normal conditions there are some critics - crackling filters when changing Filter frequency (moving filters is a must) - no input selection (left/right) in auv3 version - no loading of own IRs in convolution reverb / cab – OK, IK, I feel you, you really try hard to make a statement here. I raise to 5 stars. Keep the updates coming. Build an IR-loader and an Good zero latency Autotuner and you should have covered all my needs. Make the filters move smoothly and it‘s great. I trust in you! ;-)
Betrug !?
Gut, das Update hat zumindest die Vollversicherung zurück gebracht. Doch leider ist immernoch ein anderes Problem nicht beseitigt : Durch die Umbenennung der App findet Clubhauses jetzt das Plugin nicht mehr wenn ein Projekt geladen wird das mit der alten Version erstellt wurde ! Mann kann nun zwar stattdessen die neue Version laden, jedoch muss man dann seine ganzen Settings erneut einstellen, was recht nervig ist. Wenn das repariert wird und das Ganze stabiler wird gibt es auch von mir die 5 Sterne

Where are my effects?
Bought this App 12.12.2020 for nearly 50,- EUR withframe All plus. Now the New Version is free, Bit all my effects are gone. Restore InApp- Purchases will Not bring back all my effects. Please, can you Look into this. Why I‘ve to Play 29,- EUR again? Thx
