Overpriced especially in new markets
I’m using this app in China and the cost to watch MLB live is simply extortionate. It’s over $30 USD. To put into context of what other entertainment services cost here: mobile phone cost is $5 per month, unlimited internet WiFi 5g costs $7 and an apartment’s electricity bill is around $20 so $30 is totally unjustifiable especially in a country where the league is ‘apparently’ trying to grow. The app should be low cost in markets where the sport isn’t big to try and grow international interest. Especially with a star at the moment which is transcending the sport, seems like a missed opportunity to get more eyes on the World Series.
