It was INSANELY difficult to connect to, but now the app crashes. If it works, which is 1 out of 20 times, it’s very jittery.

It’s a good camera but the app is horrible. It always glitches and says that I must update it but I updated it already or there are no updates. I might just switch to another camera/app. I would give it 5 stars if I can actually use it as intended.

Would rate a 5 but each time I go to camera view it tells me app is not supported on my device and to update .. I have iPhone 15 the app is updated idk what the issue is …. The sound quality could be better also

I don’t write reviews, but I’ve never been so frustrated with an app before. Half the time I cannot get this app to work. When I try to access the video feed of my daughter’s nursery I get hit with a message saying I need to update the app for it to work, meanwhile, it is updated. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, have reset the camera itself, and have reached out via reporting a problem, which I have never received a response back. The camera itself is fine, nothing bad but also nothing great about it. However, I will also be leaving a negative review on the camera, as it is essentially useless without a functioning app. Also, I checked the ratings of this app a few months ago, and it was like 2 stars, suddenly it has a great rating, which seems very sketchy to me.

I’ve had this camera system for almost 5 years now and for the most part it is fantastic, but here lately the app tells me I need to do an update and when I try it says it’s up to date or there is no update available. So I’ve been really aggravated with it here recently. Because what’s the point of having the camera system if I can’t view the camera.

It lags too much ! Too many times where I cannot move the camera ! I use this to watch my daughter during naps ! Sometimes she’s in the bed , sometimes she’s in the crib , sometimes she’s in her brothers pack and play! I need the camera to move consistently: update : I haven’t been able to move my camera in 4 hours

Works great ,easy to set, battery last for a long while. Great product!

My app keeps crashing for the past 2 days and I can’t get mobile support! Help!!

I cant search other apps or resources while its in use (like minimize it but still see it) Offline all the time now

The camera quality is ok. Doesnt tilt or move to see baby clearly. The app works when it wants to, it’ll say to update the app as its not supported on the device BUT its already at its most updated. Avoid this brand and pay a little more for a better one.
