The Mobile Bank app provides full control over your accounts, cards, payments, savings, loans and insurance policies - and of course, you can order a variety of services and products. We will launch new services throughout the year. The app also includes insurance claims, your travel insurance card and you can contact our real estate broker.
The Mobile Bank must be activated with BankID. After activation you can use a self made PIN, Face ID or Touch ID to sign in.

Poor customer service, bad app. Look literally anywhere else for a bank.
Idiotisk opplegg
Jeg har face ID på. Enda så logget denne appen meg ut av nettbanken. Når jeg prøver å logge inn igjen får jeg bare «feil inntasted data». Hva pokker betyr det??? Hvorfor logger dere ut folk rett før jul? Jeg er i Texas, og hvert år har jeg problemer med enten kodebrikke eller passord. Dette er helt utrolig hvir vanskelig dere gjør ting for internasjonale kunder. Jeg prøvde å ringe kundeservice. Kl er 22.30, ventet lenge i kø før jeg ga opp. Ansikts gjenkjenning burde da være nok for ID. Dere pleide å være foran andre når det gjaldt teknologi, men så stoppet det brått for ti år siden. Og nå går kvaliteten bare ned. Helt utrolig.

Love, but..
I love the app, but there is one function i am missing, and that to see your reservation. So it could say balance = 200kr , but aveliable balance = 140kr. For ex if you have a pending reservation for 60kr. It has happend to me alot that i use more, because its hard to tell when the money is there or just an reservation! Hope you can fix this!
Need English version
Mobile banking with Sparebank is a good and convenient service, but could be greatly improved for customers who are new to Norway and still learning to speak Norwegian by including an eglish language version/option. Thanks, Nosa
