Mobile Cooling

Раньше было нормальное приложение CFX3. С ним не было проблем с подключением ни по WiFi, ни по Bluetooth. В этом приложении пытаюсь добавить холодильник CFX3, приложение его не видит. Причём, приложение Interact видит Bluetooth холодильника, но пишет, что не создана пара, которую нужно создать Mobile Cooling, а Mobile Cooling не хочет создавать пару. Пробовали на разных телефонах: IPhone 15 pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini с iOS 18.1.1. И даже на стареньком iPad Pro с iPad is 9. Ни на одном устройстве приложение холодильник не видит. Уважаемые разработчики, устраните, пожалуйста проблему подключения по Bluetooth.

В России приложение прекрасно работает. Не возможно сделать заказ в магазине. Приложение очень простое и удобное при использовании в дороге и на расстоянии.

Paired with a CFX5-35. It’s a complete failure of an app. Doesn’t show any historical data. All the other functions are the same to the cooler built in screen.Don’t advertise an app if it’s not working properly. And Looking at the many negative reviews it’s been this way for a long time. On a positive note. The cooler is super nice and very energy efficient. So the one star is only for the app. The cooler is 5 stars. Fix your app please

I’m using this app for my new CFX5 75. The app does not show the amp hours in DC. For some reason, the lowest I can set the temp on the app is 18 degrees. If I want to set either zone as a freezer, I have to do it on the fridge itself.

This app used to work flawlessly with my CFX3 75DZ and now it won’t connect to Blue Tooth at all. App won’t detect while pairing. It’s been many months of trying and contacting Dometic with no response or resolution.

Notifications don’t work on iPhone. The app doesn’t even appear in the notifications center. The only reason to get a Bluetooth/wifi enabled cooler is to get notifications when cooing temperature rises above a preset limit. Without that the app is worthless. IOS 18.1.1

I paired the app with my new CFX 75 and the WiFi will not stay connected. Furthermore, I believe the ap causes the screen on the fridge to malfunction. It looks scrambled when connected to the app, but normal when the app is fully disconnected .

How long can it take to fix this app? You’d expect a company like Dometic to stand behind their products. Since the update the most important feature of tracking amp hours is in usable. Please fix it!!

Why does the app have the perspective of the back of the power cooler? Feel like this app could be so much more than it is. Update: this appears to be resolved. I enjoy using the app to make sure the cooler is staying cool and to be able to adjust the temperature on demand.
