Office not easy to deal with. Would not recommend Cedar Park to anyone wanting to get a new Generator.
Have used app in past but now it just spins endlessly saying it will open/connect but it doesn’t.
Since this app rarely works, it does nothing but takes up space and resources on my phone. Had hoped after spending thousands on my home generator, they could at least develop the app which was one of their selling points
App has worked well for the past year. I really wish we had more data visible to us such as utility draw, etc. lots of data that can be pulled but is unless you switch to a 3rd party solution
It keeps telling me it’s giving me a verification code, but it doesn’t. I can’t even get into the app!
Power went out, no notification from the app that the generator kicked on. Also, I have to manually login everytime. Why not FaceID like all the other apps?
Can’t create an account, the app keeps freezing at the address step and restarting doesn’t help.
Love having my Generac gives me peace of mind that my home is safe and protected even during a power outage cameras internet alarm system all works fir as long as the power is out
Only Generac, the company known for backup generators, could design an App for a backup generator that will lose connection with the generator following a power outage. And it used to work but they changed something and now the Mobile Link doesn’t see the Generac back online after a power failure. It’s broken. Followed the app’s instructions on connecting my Generator to my WiFi using my iPhone. Worthless. Called tech support, still didn’t work. Had to resort to manual pairing. That worked, but not with Safari, had to use another browser. Manual pairing is easier that using this app! Then the power goes out and again the “Generator has no wi-fi signal” error and I have to re-pair. When you go to the generator and scroll through settings it is connected to my WiFi and I can see the generator connected to my router. Yhe generator and its WiFi is working fine, you broke the app. After the first power failure since the app updated this started. It didn’t happen before.
