Mobile Passport by Airside

Flew thru immigration and customs without a hiccup. Thank you Mobile Pass team for making this app a wonderful experience and keep up the good work.

But if there’s only 1 or 2 agents handling Mobile Passport passengers then the wait is still the same if not longer!

Went through SFO recently & this app saved me a lot of time. It has its own dedicated line where there was NO WAIT, they scanned my receipt right away, asked the standard questions & that’s it! Highly recommended for frequent travellers, specially if you do so with children (you can put their info in there too).

OMG! There was a LONG line of maybe 300 people! With the App! I was able breeze through using this app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it !

Chip reader technology totally failed. Useless.

I liked Mobile Passport and never had issues loading my information or using the app. This app took a lot of effort to add my passport and will not load/link my drivers license - even after at least 10 attempts.

First the developer made a useful app and then tricked people in to using it effectively only after paying $15/month. Thankfully CBP took over and made this app completely irrelevant. Now the developer is trying to be relevant by offering to store your ID that the airline already stores. Delete this app and keep your privacy from this unsavory developer. Developer: disappear yourself and the world will be a better place.

Thanks to the developers who made what was a very useful free app that saved me many hours waiting on long lines after long intl flights. It had worked so well, the gov had to take over so they could f it up.

Fake

The best I can tell now (11/2023) is that this App is basically non-applicable as all private Apps related to customs and country reentry are superseded by the Federal App, Mobile Passport Control. Remove all the extra language and just say it plain and simple.
