I’ve recently just purchased the weightlifting mobility manual and I’m very disappointed. The app is very clunky to use and doesn’t have sound to inform you when the time is up between each movement, so you’re constantly looking at your phone during the stretches. The timer is very confusing and is divided into two sections which both just say hold even though the video is demonstrating something different. I’ve now been ignored by the support team after requesting a refund. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this app, use GOWOD instead!
Well structured
Actually tests you then takes you through progression. Most other similar app just seem give you random flows.

Best mobility app I’ve used
I’ve tried a few different mobility apps, but this is the best one by far and specific to anyone who lifts a barbell from oly lifters to strongmen.
Great app for improving and tracking mobility progress

Being an elite athlete mobility has always been a high priority but I never had any guidance like the I did with the rest of my training. With the MM this has changed the game!

Great app!
Love this app. It has really helped with both mine and my husbands movements. My husband struggles with mobility in his hips in the gym and this has helped a lot with that. Really easy to use and very clear videos/guides.
Buggy
Nice idea, I think, but buggy as hell. Kept losing my assessment data whenever I tried to take a picture. Finally made it to the end and it wouldn’t let me complete registration
Poor functionality
Great idea and everything looks and feels great. Videos are good too BUT it doesn’t track my progress and so I can’t move onto Day 2, which is so annoying. Also, I was advised to redownload the app and then it wiped my assessment data. I was then nicely ignored by the support team. Good idea, poor execution, avoid & stick with RomWod or GoWod.
Great mobility schedule
App is intuitive and easily useable. I’ve seen results already. Generally speaking I find stretching pretty difficult and often I end up barely doing it pre session. Mobility Manual has really helped me to improve my activation and squat quality. Would highly recommend.
