I love the quality & styles ,,one thing they need to work on the app , is when browsing & you go out of the app , when you come back to it it takes to the beginning of the page , so you have to put your filters & scroll down everting again ,,it’s fine consuming & makes the person bored after several tries .

There’s no filter option to filter by price range. The sort feature doesn’t actually work at all. I was hoping the app would be better than the website, but it’s the same. It’s really frustrating to use just like the website. I’d rather just give up and shop elsewhere.
Please be aware ! I have been a customer for a long time and recently I have had a very bad experience with Modanisa. I bought 4 items (Abayas) and I got them 2 sizes bigger than my size because I like them to be loose fit, all 4 items came very small , not matching the measurements specified on the website. i have contacted customer service for a return. They replied to me asking me to send them pictures with measurements of the items. I replied back with the requested photos. It took them months after that to reply back to me and tell me that “the photos that you had provided has been investigated, however no issue or mistake has been spotted by our quality team.” and they refused to offer me prepaid return and refund the items. The items are clearly the wrong size .. I am very disappointed with their customer service. They have lost me, my family memebers and my friends as customers. Shame on you Modanisa !
I was lucky in some pieces ( the expensive ones), when it first started it was a gift for girls who wear hijab in non-Muslim countries. I almost loved every piece I bought on the website up to 1 1/2 year ago ,then it started to go down. The fabric was bad. Finishing is bad. Sizes are crazy. Sometimes I would fit small sometimes large would be too small for me. The prices are high and The quality is low lately. Nothing I bought was a good product only a couple of pieces. I am disappointed
