I am an old customer, but I deleted the application because of your difficulty in retrieving it. Also, the fabrics have become poor and very light and are not worth their price.

I had tried to return one item due to smaller than expected size. Unfortunately they are asking us to do the shipping, even they are not responsible for shipping cost for returning the order. Such a bad shopping experience I had with this vendor. Never deal with them, they are not genuine.

After 4 days from placing my order ,suddenly it has been canceled without even sending a notification to inform or explain And no costumer service to complain about it.

الحقيقة موقع ممتاز والبضائع مميزة لكن في مشكلة كبيرة هي التبديل والارجاع جدا صعب ليس مثل المواقع الثانية ولايوجد محفظة لارجاع الاموال هذا عيب كبير في الموقع يجب النظر لهذا العيب لانه في كثير من الطلبات ممكن نبدل المقاس او اللون الصراحة اكثر من مرة بخسر القطع والفلوس الرجاء النظر لهذا العيب
