Need to merge accts
I have a home in US and one in Canada. I can’t use the credits I’ve built on my us address to send to my Canadian address. The US app won’t let me add a Canadian address for shipping. I don’t need or want two separate accts

What is wrong with this ap I can’t access anything not even my referral code???
Refresh app
I was unable to access promos on app (when told there were items) No updates were available Finally signed out & restarted app and it refreshed ... should be responsibility of app developer/owner to be current IMO
Subscription cancelation needs warning
App does not warn you when you make subscription changes that if you delete all current products without adding a new one you lose your loyalty credits. Otherwise good app

I used my email forgot my password I’m trying to reset and it has not sent me a reset email yet 3x Can you help
Password never stays
Be patient as you need to call every time you want to log as password never works

Not user friendly
I really do not find this app user friendly. I thought that my order would reflect my credits at checkout, however it did not. Now I have to wait until I order again and try and figure out how to use my rewards!
