Needs improvement
Firstly the app doesn’t appear to be available on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet? Is it currently only for Apple products?
Secondly, having notifications would be very helpful (eg. When something has been shipped, when you’ve received a token, or a reminder about subscriptions).
For some reason all your emails keep going to my junk folder and I can’t find a way to stop them. So I forget about subscriptions, and sometimes I don’t get through the products fast enough to warrant another big delivery! Unfortunately I found the subscription reminder too late again so will need to try and cancel or return the products this time….
Terrible app
Modere encourages you to subscribe with offers of discounts. I cancelled my subscription and they still took the £70 out on March 28th. It’s now April 14th and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. It’s a joke !!!!
Credit card token not found!
Hi,
The new ordering format was great - but although the order had 10 credits available and these had been successfully applied the order failed with ‘ERROR - ‘Credit card token not found’.
This appeared after the bank approval and submission!
Frustratingly, there is no way out to remove the ‘problem credits’.
Won’t apply ‘credit’
Receive endless emails saying I have been given credit… when I attempt to apply the credit at checkout the order never goes through. Hopeless.

So difficult to order anything, can’t set up smartShip profile as won’t allow me to add to basket to reorder... not user friendly at all!!
Watch out
The system chose without my consent to place an order under smart ship, it took payment and shipped goods. I never signed up for smart ship and aware of this happening to others. App has no obvious contact Modere details either
