Numbers not needed

Nice game. Add an option to not show the numbers…just use colours to solve. Add an option to change the palette of colours. When a level is completed the “masterpiece” window covers it up. Move that window off to the side so the completed masterpiece can be enjoyed.

Brilliant puzzle well executed

Mondoku is a brilliantly clever twist on sudoku. It uses colours instead of numbers, which makes it very visually appealing. I have found no issue with earning coins. I do a couple of challenging puzzles every day in addition to the two dailies and that keeps me going. This is a brilliant, creative puzzle concept well executed.

Challenging Sudoku variant with colours!

Tried this on my small iPhone first and then on the iPad, where the artistic details in the graphics really came out. I share the concerns of other reviewers that the early levels contain a lot of mindless solving of really easy puzzles that one appears to need to do in order to amass enough points to unlock the more interesting tougher ones. Maybe the learning curve can be steepened a bit. I did about an hour of puzzling without being challenged enough to even need or discover the ‘possibles’ row. I usually use my iPad in landscape mode with a keyboard. Would be a significant improvement to have the option of flipping to landscape mode. In this mode the ‘assign colour to cell’ row and ‘list as possible’ rows could be side by side instead of one on top of the other, reducing errors. There are some new logical leaps involved in the more difficult puzzles here, along with the beauty of the colours and a nice interface. Hope to see it do well and get better!

Great game but rewards are too small and it would take forever to build enough to even open another puzzle. Very disappointed so will be opting out of game.
