When you you uninstall the app and reinstall and you want to start over it keeps asking for your 2FA on your "other device". There is no other device, I reinstalled, I expect a clean slate, not your leftovers nagging me for a 2FA. What do I have to do - reinstall the OS?

Had to give my ss number. Tried to make an exchange twice. Both times, it just “processed” for hours. Contacted customer service. They told me it was my fault. When I showed the screen shot that I did everything correct & their system said “processing your request please wait” … then they wanted to say my bank declined them, then it was my credit card declined them. Both lies, I called my bank & my credit card, NOTHING was declined. So rather than try to fix the problem or take responsibility, they wanted to lie and put it on me. Now they have my Social Security number and my bank account credit card numbers. My experience has been horrible! tread lightly ..

i have tried several ways to restore anc creat a monero waller via the Cake app. Every time i get this "Invalid arguement(s):failed to load dynamic library monero_libwallet_blah blah blah blah,,,,,etc,etc,etc i dunno.. i was able to create one a few months ago but not anymore

I can’t restore my XMR wallet that is tied to my ledger. The app does not have an option to restore from ledger device so I can’t use it without creating a whole different XMR wallet. This is stupid, the other Cake app has the option to restore from hardware device, please make the app so that I can restore from a ledger hardware device, like the competition on Android please.

I exchanged USD for monero. They charged my bank account three times and when I reached out to their support I’ve yet to get a response three weeks after. Not happy

Cakewallet is made by the same people but includes other currencies and seems to have less issues, at least for me.
