Money Jar

the app stop working today, the screen remain white. (ios 13.6.1) Please fix it

I have been using Money Jar for the last number of years and have found that they have great service and that it is easy to use. I had an issue last week when my phone was stolen. I contacted Money Jar customer support and within a matter of minutes they blocked my account and I am now able to set up on a new phone.

Really good I use it for all my spending and works great!!

This is not a proper bank and the account you get is extremely limited. Also account statement generated by the app are frequently incorrect. I needed to contact support many times to get corrected documentation.

if u want your money dont go in this bank transcanctions missing without notifications bank not answering two weeks on lost money is not working all the time completely 0

This bank is a disservice to society It is practically impossible to contact them to try to resolve problems that they themselves caused.

In January the app had a bug and I wasn’t able to transfer anything, a couple of days later it was working properly again but I decided it was time to transfer all my money to Revolut and close the account because all the errors. When I decided to do that I wasn’t able to transfer all the money at once, so I had left 300€ and sometimes euros on my savings account, to my surprise on the next day when I checked it again I only had 100€ and something left, I downloaded the bank statements but it was just like that money was never there. I emailed them and the girl that I talked to told me that they were going to see a way to help me but I didn’t have an answer yet. I just want my 200€ back.

Do yourself a favor and do not use Money Jar. Terrible costumer services and UNSAFE! At first is was okay but for the past few month the service is getting worse. I couldn’t withdraw my money but, because I tried, the money disappeared from my account for more than a week, no one was able to get my money back! There’s no support during weekends!!! I just found out a direct debit transaction of €49.99 that I do not recognize and have never authorized. Also, €50 simply disappeared from my account. The bank statement says that I have the money but in the app, there’s €50 missing. No one to support for two days because it’s weekend.

They stole my husbands wages! My husband transferred his wages from Money jar account to another bank account and he never got the money. They said that the money is lost in payment system. He is supposed to get paid the money back but they said that they don't know when they can give him the money back. For two entire weeks now my husband is waiting on his whole month wages. DONT OPEN A ACCOUNT with them! You will be robbed!

On February 16th I’ve done a transfer to another bank and the money has never arrived there, I contacted both of the banks (both European banks), the other bank provided me with a lot of information and said that they didn’t receive the transfer, saying that Money Jar should have more information about the transfer, but Money Jar is taking AGES to provide me the proofs, I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about Money Jar, that their money simply vanished, but I would never think that it would happen to me. The customer service is terrible, I’m half an hours waiting for someone pick up the phone while waiting…. The first contact that I’ve made Money Jar said they don’t know how long it will take to give Ana answer hahaha how so? They should have a quality system to sort out the problems…. I’m so upset and down that I don’t have words to express, the money was supposed to pay my bills and rent of my whole month!
