Funded my account with 60k, account got restricted… I was asked to upgrade, so I tried inputing NIN but keeps getting error. The worse now is none of the communication channel to customer services are working. Typical Nigeria issue!!🙃. Numbers not going through, live chats is a shame, WhatsApp chat is worse. A good Financial institutions must have a quick complaint & resolution channel but its reverse here mate.

Locking of customers accounts and stop them from using the app

’m highly disappointed in your these moniepoint of a app is I that the way you people comes around to steal money from customer huh because someone will open an account in no time you wil locked the app once there is money in there is that fair moniepoint 😞😡

Great but seems limited.

I downloaded the Moniepoint app because I saw how great it works. Fast service and quick transactions. I enjoyed using it for a while until I realized that my card doesn’t work on POS terminals of other micro finance banks such as Opay, PalmPay and the rest. At first I thought it was just a coincidence but after I kept getting the ‘Transaction not permitted on this terminal’ error message for weeks whenever I had to make payment using a POS from these other micro finance banks, I soon realized that my card chooses the terminals it decides to work on. As a result of this, I have dropped my Moniepoint atm card at home because there’s no point having a card that chooses the terminal it wants to work on. Please try and look into this because this has caused multiple embarrassments for me. There’s no point having an ATM card and always still having to resort to transfers when making payment all because my card chooses not to work on certain POS terminals.
