I have send many messages to describe how I loss my digging event progress but you just send me an orange pack to let me shut up, that’s insane and unfair, I have been spend over 500 rolls or more to collect the pickaxes, I reported how many pickaxes I used to open the level rewards too, however you guys copy and paste the same answer to me saying l have nothing loss, this is the worst game play experience I ever had.
Game with some sort of system to control you from getting what they want you to get, you think it’s luck and random but in fact it’s all controlled and manipulated by the program
once i start the game , it holds on the start screen with the botton that ask me to press, but i can’t press on it, give up

It kept crashing 20 minutes before the side tournament ended. I was on the 2nd place but took over by another player just by a few points. I tried to keep playing but it didn’t allow me to do so as it kept crashing. I complained to customer service, they didn’t confirm to compensate me for the 2nd place rewards. The app always crashes during the important times, i am very disappointed and angry 😡
Monopoly is a game which you play with FRIENDS, not bots, and you roll the dice to buy HOUSES, not upgrade your DAMN CITY, you have money to buy House on your land, NOT YOUR CITY!
Why need to ban/suspend some accounts if the level is high already? It’s being unfair. Don’t download this game. It’s unfair and not good
