I have a little boy at home who would sometimes play with me a bit and went into the settings changed the name and since then it cannot be changed I have contacted customer service dozens of times and they are not willing to change it very disappointing

I have limit of the game , why ? I have facebook user and the Apple user. Both users are in limit What is the reason ?
