Finally figured out that I had the wrong app really need to make it clearer which app of yours you need for which lights

Keeps crashing and losing heat for my snake

Do not buy this product. It lasted 20 minutes and the colors dulled. They would no longer dim and then the power went completely out. I do not recommend this at all.

Don’t buy, it can’t connect to strip lights anymore

No longer able to pair the light strip with the app. Literally crying right now I’m so angry. Update: I broke the button 5 minutes later while attempting to pair. I ripped them off my wall. Into the trash they go. If this app worked, they would’ve still been up there. Without the app and the button broke, I had no hope

No option for light strips

Anytime I try to use it, have of the LED is this annoying in-your-face bright green that flashes. I just wanted to use the “Gorgeous” setting but THE OTHER HALF IS THE GREEN! I don’t know if anyone else has the LED strip I use, but I’ve had for two years now and it was so annoying that there were two halves of color, and you can only control one half. The other half just doesn’t show anything or has this ugly bright green that hurts your eyes. You can’t control it WHATSOEVER. I hate that!!! I would give this a better rating if you could control both halves at the same time. It works well for the half that I can control. But still, so annoying and tedious. Going to buy a remote controlled LED strip ad NOT from this brand.

This is the most overly complicated smart light adding app I've ever dealt with. If you've ever used globe suite products you know just how simple it SHOULD be compared to all the random stupid hoops you have to jump through only for it to have to...I guess literally download the lightbulb to the app which takes way too long for what this is. It works, I have a multi color smart light bulb now but the set up made me irritated enough to leave this review sooooo-

They have suddenly completely changed the UI of the app, changed the hue of my lights completely, and shut me out of pairing up again to fix the problem they caused. This light strip is now worthless. I don’t want an account where you can harvest my info to turn on a LIGHT. Get bent.
