Monster Smart App

Product works well with Alexa but the app suddenly just forgot I had added a light strip and I’ll have to add it again. This app needs a fix.

The app tends to not update that the lights are connected, however I changed wifi networks in the past few months I don’t remember ever having to update anything. I could just be forgetting though. The light strip itself has no adhesive power and just falls off the back of the monitor. Be prepared to use other methods to make them stick. It’s not really any more of a pain than other smart products though, they’re all a headache in their own way.

Package claims that it works with Siri, which I had hoped meant I could use it with Apple Home with the rest of my smart devices. Not only does it not support Apple Home, though to be fair it never said it did explicitly, it doesn’t even support Siri, which is something it does state on the packaging for my LED strip

Great product, might be a little of a hassle to set up but great product overall

Need a pc for the strip lights.

Led strip is always blinking no matter what mode it’s set it to. I have tried to connect it to every option on the app because the first one wasn’t working and none of them work. I can only use colour changing mode, red, green, or just blinking white. Instructions on the box and manual do not do anything because the lights still fail to connect. Bad quality adhesive, waste of money. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t spend money on these.

The app is very glitchy, freezes a lot and barely lets me change the colour of my lights
