This app used to allow me to buy stuff at salmon machine. But just months ago, the machine started to not accept this app to pay and there were lesser machines around. And last month when I spotted a machine, I topped up this app to pay, it rejected payment again. And I have no way to get a refund. Feels like being scammed.

App is rubbish. No support and response when I tried to contact them for help. Uninstalled

You are unable to refund money after loading your account. They are preying on people who won’t use the app regularly, as there is an arbitrary time limit set on YOUR MONEY that you add to your account. If it passes this time limit it cannot be refunded. One star, account deleted.

Just let me pay, no need to have this dumb app for a middle man, let me fill my water jugs easy….

Today is my first time using Monyx and for some reason, I tried to use Apple pay and it’s giving me an unexpected error when I try to pay with Visa it worked but Apple Pay did not. I tried it with another card. It gave me the same error message and I can’t use Visa card or Apple Pay I hope you can reach out to me and help me to fix this so I don’t have to worry about this Kayden Lancaster

It allows you to upload funds however, you cannot use the machine at all. It is completely disconnected from the machine, and the funds in the account are inaccessible for any use.

I created an account so I could fill up my water jugs without driving back home after forgetting my debit card. I have my card number memorized so I thought this would be useful since the water machine didn’t accept Apple Pay directly. Unfortunately the app declined my card upon setup multiple times. I double checked it was entered correctly, and even drove back home to get my card and it worked fine directly on the machine. Would have been nice if Primo water machines had Apple Pay so I could have avoided this useless experience. I deleted the app and my account deleted immediately after this waste of time.

Basically a shell app with no use. Nothing works.
