Account easily blocks
I received funds from a friend and they block my account. I was highly disappointed
Weak customer service
I am existing customer, received funds from a friend (another Monzo customer) and my account was blocked. I understand this is normal as it happens with every bank. For a bank without branches that you can walk into for clarification, the support staff couldn’t provide any information on why my account was blocked. Imagine my frustration about being in the dark. There should be an open line of communication. Chose to bank with them knowing this. Was the source ill gotten? Was my account flagged for wrong doing? Was the amount to large? Was there an attempted hack on my account? I don’t know anything
