Privacy Intrusion!!!
I can’t do anything on the app until I enter my precise home address to get a debit card!!!
What’s going on?
I tried opening a monese account but for days now i have been stuck. I am being told my account is being reviewed and I don’t know how long this review will last
Can’t access and update app
This is absolutely wrong, I can’t access Monese app, it keep showing update app and when I click on update it displays only open in the store, when I click on open it takes me back to the first display update now. What is this update now rubbish?
App Malfunction
This is a very useless bank I've been having issues with for funds reversal for the past 3 days no response for their so called support... don't fall victim of this bank if there's a negative rating I'll drop it
Suspended account
My account has been suspended since October 2020 and when I asked the reason for the suspension no valid answer was given to me I have called, texted and emailed and I never get a reply I even tried closing the account but I want to get my euro currently in the account out before I close this is getting frustrating 🙄🙄
