So I am new in Crypto. I admit I shouldve done more research before getting in, like most of us. But I was using Crypto.Com and they make it so easy to put your money into and get excited about investing. But when your investment pays off they make it so complicated to take it out. Within an hour of downloading MoonPay, my money was right back into my bank account. No crazy fees, no B.S. Thank you guys, true professionals.

It’s not okay and being reported

Don’t waste your money, I purchased $460 in bitcoin to make a payment, they charged me $70 in fees just to add the coin.

This is the most poorest bitcoin blockchain ever will send bitcoin firstly they charges over too much secondly I have seen now other chain don’t stay too long my client have send too me over hours now and I haven’t seen it up till now over… I send another 100$ since 4 days now the other block chain haven’t received the coin till now

Care to explain to me how one is supposed to verify their email when the keypad given to enter the # is on top of the button you have to push to send it? Makes me feel real secure knowing these geniuses are going to handle my money.

Absolute horrid customer service. They ignore emails. They will hold your funds hostage and lock your account and won’t specify why it’s locked. Unless you like your hard earned money being held and used by a shady company, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
