Frustrating App 👎

I don’t recommend this app to anyone. Luno is the most frustrating crypto app. Ever since 2020 I created my account and funded it, I haven’t been able to access my account till date. I bought bitcoin when it was still low, but now I can’t access my account to know how much bitcoin I have invested in.

Worst app Ever

This is by far the worst crypto currency app i have yet to come across!!! Zero help form there customer service side either and i can honestly say i wouldn't download this app if you're reading this.

Good but High Tx fees

Easy to use, fast, and convenient; however your transaction fees are way too high. You charge 2% on a crypto sale then another 2% on a withdrawal. That’s just terrible.
