Please do not ever use it because it is a SCAM. I did not know it was a scam bur i transferred some funds to a address and they never received it. And there is no transaction history so you cannot check to verify your payment. Also there is Customer Support to help you. I used and lost some funds but please no one should use it. Completely SCAAAM
Can’t do anything but buy. Pretty much impossible to sell and cash out to go somewhere else. Can’t even log into my account in my browser. Constantly asking for my username and password over and over. I just want out!!!
If you want to save yourself from trouble and frustration, Avoid them. They only care about the company, not the customer.
I’m stuck with my Solana token at MoonPay wallet. Trying send to external wallet and every time getting frozen application to send my token. Even is not possible to sell. Developers should be ashamed. No support , no contact no support chat except automatic text . Stay away from Moon Pay

Came to this app to be ripple and after navigating several confusing menus. I found ripple and made a buy for $100. MoonPay bought Etherium and shows it in my wallet, but I can’t sell or transfer it because the wallet says I have it but the sell menu says a don’t. It’s been days and it’s still not fixed. Essentially I believe my money was stolen because now I can’t buy, sell or trade anything on the app and now these scammers have my money, bank account, name, address, social security number and I am worried about what they may do with my info because it’s not to do legitimate transactions. I tried that and after I gave them $100 I got effectively shut out of everything BEWARE
Before you download this app keep it in mind that they charge 26 percent for ETH purchase. What could be the reason for this outrageous rate?
Worst and can’t repay my money
My account was disabled a few days after I had purchased crypto and it took well over ten days to gain access back into my account. Giving this a 5 star to offset the two 1 star reviews I gave it. I will continue to use MoonPay in hopes it continues to uphold their customer service.
