Love the app. It’s accurate on the bus schedule and timing.

Hopeless GPS led app

Wasted time and money in being guided to the wrong location. Had to hail a cab to go to the right location which was more than 10 kilometres away. Clearly shows your can’t depend on this app for help.

Too many Ads

It used to be my go to app for travel but now there are so many Ads I have been forced to find an alternative. Try Citymapper instead, the advert usability interaction isn't compromised like Moovit.

BARELY Functioning

I’ve been using this app for as long as I can remember, and I’ve gone as far to recommend it to multiple friends. Since last year, it’s been infested with ads, to the point where it is barely working. You cannot click on any one thing without being forced to sit through a 15sec unskippable ad. Even after clicking off the pop ups, the same window would keep sliding up despite having disappeared 2sec ago. Tabs often lag so hard that by the time I can properly view bus timings, I’ve already boarded the bus. Very very poor interface overall.

Annoying advertising

I understand apps survive on subscription and advertising but adds popping continuously all over the screen is too much. I’ll give it a miss for some time.

Moovit is really convenient and easy to use. I rely heavily on Moovit to plan for my daily trips to the various locations to meet clients; cannot leave home without it!!

Too many ads, laggy after update

I was using the old version of Moovit and it was so user friendly, with the occasional banner ad here and there. After updating it, its just ads ads ads ads - full screen unskippable ones - super difficult to use when you need travel apps in a pinch (checking bus timings, numbers). The updated version is buggy and laggy, switches music playing off as soon as you open the app. Have missed countless buses because of this recently. Been a loyal user for 2-3 years, even recommended it to many friends and family. All have now switched over to citymapper, me included. Super disappointed - used to be my favourite navigation app.

Was a good app

Update: is there something wrong with your AI? Why do you have to push me same notification on bus 124 every day same time despite I have already read it? —- Used for few years. Was a good app but now accuracy of arrivals are terrible and I missed a bus due to your accuracy and advertisement which keeps launching whenever I view the app (not even closing). My music app stopped upon launching your app too. It used to be more accurate than google map but not anymore.
