The 33 in particular is the worst line. The schedule on app or in general is never right. They never leave or arrive on time. A 10 minute wait for the next bus always turns into 20 or 30 minute wait as and time gets pushed back

יש מלא קווים שמתבלטים, סוטים מהמסלול וזה מעצבן ממש אני מאחר למקומות ולעבודה בגלל הדבר הזה מבקש שתטפלו במהירות בזאת

אני נוסעת מתמידה ופוגשת הרבה סיטואציות משמחות ופחות אבל לצערי היום חזרה הבת שלי בת 13 מהים בבכי והרגשה של השפלה שלא הייתי רוצה לאכל לאף הורה או ילד . שנים היא נוסעת עם כרטיס ואני מעודדת אותה לוותר על נסיעות ברכב ושימוש בתחבורה ציבורית יחד עם הברות שלה . מסתבר שבחזרה מהים לא שמה לב שנגמר הכסף בכרטיס ומיד בתחילת נסיע עלה הכרטיסן על קו 29 שעה סביב 2 מי כיוון הרצליה פיתוח . כמובן עושה העבודה המסורה שלו ומתברר שיש עוד קבוצות בנים ועוד נוסעים ללא כרטיס אבל זה לא הפריע לכרטיסן המסור שלנו כי כול תשומת לבו פונה לילדה בת13 שנוסעת לבד ונסערת מבוהלת ובוכה שמסרבת לרדת מהאוטובוס כי שאין לה מוסג איפו נמצאת בשטח פתוח ללא בנייה . נוסעים מסביבה ערנים לצעקות של הכרטיסן האחראי שלנו ומצעים מספר לשלם עבורה אבל דבר שנתקל באוזניים אטומות כי הכרטיסן שלנו שמחליט שמכול הנוסעים ללא כרטיס רק היא הבעייתי לכן לא מאפשר ומסרב בתוקף לקבל תשלום עבורה מכול הנוסעים שנשארים גם חמומים . בסוף אישה צדיקה שלא מבתרת מכרטסת עבורה וממשכים בנסיעה באוטובוס יחד עם קבוצת הנערים שהיה מצפה שישלמו גם עבור השירות . לצערי הבת שלי עברה הוואי לא נעימה ולמדה מה זה אי שוויון מגדרי ,חוסר הבנה וקצת אמפתיה מול קטינה ונוסעים שהיו מזעזעים מכול הטיפול הקולני ובריוני של העובד ונציג הברת מטרופולין. לטפולכם ,תודה

האפליקציה טובה מאוד . אבל כמות הפרסומות בלתי נסבלת. נכון שאפשר לשלם ולהוריד פרסומות אבל למי שמשתמש באפליקציה רק בשביל לשלם לרכבת למשל? לא מכיר כזאת כמות של פרסומות ב פנגו למשל.
