Stress-reducing app when no idea where you are
I’m using the app while visiting Sydney. It makes catching buses stressfree. I love the detailed map of where stops to catch buses are and then it tells me when my stop is next and I can see how many stops to go at anytime.

Im new here in australia and this my first time to ride a bus because in my country i have a private car i used every day now because im new the best and cheap option for me to ride a bus than Uber, bus is cheaper and very convenient
School lines
Please bring back the AKL school lines.
Poor experience
Wellington, NZ - App was wrong about bus timetable, and every time I opened it, I had to wait at least four seconds to clear an advert. Ended up missing the bus, should have just walked to it and read the physical timetable instead.

Well the bus that I catch every morning is perfect for me, the bus driver is always wonderful and polite. Even the 6.50 bus, but it is always pretty much fully loaded with commuters.

How come when you change a phone or upgrade your iPhone, the app needs to to subscribe again

When do you add the new route 27 in Christchurch?
Not up to date
My local bus line changed 11 days ago and this is not reflected in Moovit despite local Metro informing them of changes and me having sent direct feedback more than a week ago. Very disappointing!
