Description

Conquer the world starting from your single home city. Each city can build units (either tanks, planes, paratroopers, bombers, transports, destroyers, battleships, submarines or aircraft carriers) in order to explore the world and defeat the other five AI controlled enemy players.
There's a lot of AI in the computer's moves and the maps are randomly generated, so each game is interesting and challenging.

Mother Of All Battles Reviews

Annoying Music

Fix Your Bugs! on

United Kingdom

Annoying music that you can’t switch off.

New update

Londonmoose on

United Kingdom

Great game, similar to old Mac game, but new update won’t let me purchase the randomly generated maps, and £8.99 for this style of map seems excessive.

A nice update to a great game

Grandpadeluxe on

United Kingdom

The new up date while adding details now has very tiny arrow buttons to move forces. It has now become very tedious to use on my iPhone. A fix would be appreciated. *I have changed my review as the developer has improved the user interface to meet expectations. I also like the feature that allows setting a path with a long finger hold. It helps simplify the game play.

Crippled

bozwab on

United Kingdom

The games maps aren’t randomly generated like the blurb says, and they’re not customisable, they come in sets that you have to buy, which really limits the game. You also can’t choose the number of opponents you’re up against.

Good Game

J1385 on

United Kingdom

Good game, strategic gameplay. Glad to see new updates! Definitely a top 5 and better than any AAA game in simplicity and function!

Almost as good as the original PC game

Zamblon on

United Kingdom

Intuitive play. Could do with more maps.

Turn based strategy at its best

Tolga-London on

United Kingdom

Old school and one of the first turn based strategy games. Great adaptation for iPhone. Free version will keep me playing for weeks before I buy the extended maps.

Bringing back memories

Scifikoinonia777 on

For a modern iPad app, this is a very basic game. That is because it is an old game! I remember playing this wonderful game by Sean O'Connor back running windows 3.1! It is just enjoy returning to it after all these years… At £2.50 it's a little steep But there are no hidden extras to come. and compared to modern games it's very basic but do buy it. I enjoyed it immensely.

Great little strategy game

Very nice turn based game for Civ and other war game players. Quite well suited to iOS, fun and strategic without being too indepth.

Empire strikes back

sumot on

United Kingdom

This is great. This is Empire for the iPad. For those not familiar with this strategy game, it is very similar to a very old PC game that fitted onto a floppy disc. It is very simple to learn but not so easy to win. The idea is to conquer all the cities. Each city can produce armies, aircraft etc. Costal cities can produce ships ranging from transport to aircraft carries. May not appeal to die hard strategy gamers but I love it.
