STRENGTH MOVES:

-Recommended for those who have an existing foundation in strength training and want to maximize their performance through progressive overload over time
-Focuses on “push”, “pull”, “lower” designed workouts paired with metabolic conditioning training
-Access to a gym or a variety of weights & equipment is mandatory to maximize this plan: barbell, 4-5 pairs of dumbbells, squat rack, smith machine, pullup bar, resistance bands, step or box

MOM MOVES
- 24 Weeks (broken into 3 repeatable trimester blocks))
-Prenatal program designed to provide a safe and effective workout program that grows with you throughout pregnancy

-Workouts are short, intense, and ideal for minimal space or equipment

The Moves App is available with both a monthly and yearly subscription. Moves subscribers have full access to the Moves App and all programs, resources, and capabilities within it.
Payment for the Moves App will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee on the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed each month. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Amazing workout app!

I love this app for at home and gym workouts. I’ve used many of the plans. I have been using the app for about three years and I’ve developed a lot of confidence in my fitness abilities solely because of this app. Highly recommend!

Really enjoying the app! My favourite part is that there are alternative exercises if you can’t do the one suggested, it offers great flexibility for if I have to workout at home and don’t have the equipment etc. I’m also recovering from rheumatoid arthritis and alternating exercises has been useful as I rebuild strength. Bonus points for having a physio as my husband is one so that caught my interest right away that the research had been done.

I used to run 6 days per week, barely eat and couldn’t function anymore. When I got pregnant in 2020 and was unable to continue with my old lifestyle, I knew I needed a change. I found Madeline on instagram and never looked back! This type of exercise never leaves me feeling completely depleted like running did (which is important as a busy mom!). I learned about nutrition and fueling my body ,and I feel like I have a built in community of like minded friends from all over! Love everything about moves! I have two young children now and it is just the best fitness app.

Love these workouts, always something different and never know what the workout with bring, which is what I like. They are hard and really build strong muscles! I just wanted to say, I have been working out for years (and doing Madeline Moves for 3.5 of on those years), and ever since you have implemented the core moves, I have been focusing so much more on breathwork and I feel like I am getting SO much more out of my workouts. It’s amazing!!! Thanks for all you do :)

I just wanted to say I’m new to moves app and I LOVE IT! I’m have two boys, one is 3 and the other 8 months and I’ve found it hard to get in a routine this time PP. I love your app, I look forward to my daily workout and the stretching is something I never did and the app holds me accountable. Thank you for sharing your routines, it’s really helped build my confidence PP and I’m starting to feel like myself again. THANK YOU!

This program is proof that you aren’t too old or set in your ways to change. I have been a runner for 29 years with some sporadic lifting. Never have seen changes like this. Even my abs-can you imagine abs at my age? And it’s fun and challenging and worth every penny!! Bobbie from Canada

I have canceled this app three times. First after three days of trying it, it wasn’t for me, I like another platform better. So I was fine spending $10usd (I’m in Canada so like $14) Then a month later, I’m charged $20usd, I cancel again, email them indicating that I had canceled, please ensure that this is all done. No reply, I also have screenshots because I thought it was funny it didn’t cancel the first time even though the app actually said it’s canceled. Here comes April. Same thing, $20usd taken from me, never used the app, continued to check that it was still canceled. And bam, not canceled again, so another email, another screenshot! This is fraud at this point! I have proof it was canceled each time, I can’t delete my visa number off the app, and it literally says canceled. What is happened?!

The value of the programS (yes multiple programs and options for varying levels of fitness / starting points), and the quality of the content is amazing. The combination of educated professionals that contribute gives me so much confidence and trust in the programming.

I have been doing Madeline Moves for 3 years and I don’t see myself using any other programming any time soon! I absolute love that I don’t have to think about a workout plan. I open the app and just go! Can not say enough great things about this app.

Tighter Together 2023

This is my second time doing a Tighter Together challenge. This program is even better than the first. So much intentionality built into the program. I’ve signed up for weekly moves to continue this amazing programming after the challenge ends. I love Madeline’s program SO much!!!!
