Passport Seva Project, being executed by Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) division of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, aims at providing all the Passport-related services to the Indian Citizens in a speedy, convenient and transparent manner. This is one of the largest projects of the Government of India under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) being executed in public-private-partnership mode with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the private partner. The project is already operational and servicing citizens through 77 Passport Seva Kendras across India.
MEA with a view to provide mobile enablement of public services, has launched a Mobile Application ‘mPassport Seva’ to offer a wide variety of services to smartphone users such as Passport application status tracking, locating the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) and general information on various steps involved in obtaining a Passport.

Can’t login, keyboard does not show in order to login
Please fix, even the website is useless
What a SHAME
I wish I could give 0. Who ever made this app should be ashamed of themselves. Not at all useful app do not allow keyboard to pop up to type. It’s a shame this is a government app.
Check atleast after you launched a product.
Atleast need to check whether the app is working or not after launched. Was not allowing to enter username using keyboard. Seems like just for name sake this app was launched..

Not Able to login
Not able to use keyboard to login.. even one star is more for this app. Able to see this message on screen (Maintained by TCS) but you should have done a basic quality check before deploying this app to public.

We can’t see Profile info, every time needs to enter credential in current world, I have ended only here and can 100 % sure that it is of no use to go further. How the govt money is being wasted.

This app feels like a scam
Document advisory Married column is missing.
Incorrect information provided. Married option is not available in app, but married option is there in website. And when u will go to PSK they will ask for Marriage certificate/self Declaration(Annexure J). And you have to reschedule because of there misinformation provided by the app.
