the worst delivery app. The customer service is really really terrible. They charged me a service fee without me knowing. They will not return my money. I will never order again.

للاسف برنامج فاشل يلغى الطلب ع كيفه المندوي وخدمة العملاء انسى ولا فيه رقم شكوى بس فتحو برنامج ويالله شدو حيلكم والى اسوء

طلبت ب٤٥.٣٧ ريال وجاني طلب ثاني يمكن ماتتعدا قيمته عشره ريال ولما طلبت استرجاع فلوسي عطوني يمكن ٣٠ بالمحفظه وهذا غير التأخير في الرد من الدعم وسوء التعامل الزباله الله لايسامحهم ضيعت فلوسي ووقتي على الفاضي (طبعاً التأخير من الدعم والتوصيل جلست يمكن ساعتين كامله بسبتهم
لو فيه اقل من نجمة أعطيته
طالب بمبلغ حول ال200 ريال والمندوب طبع الفاتوره ورايح يوصل طلب ثاني وجاني الطلب بعد ساعة بارد وتواصلت مع الدعم والنهاية يعطوني تعويض 20 ريال هل هذا معقول !!؟؟ المشكلة ردوا على التقيم بطلب التواصل عبر الايميل وبعد التواصل يقول الطلب وصلك بعد 49 دقيقة وتم تعويضك ب20 ريال كاعتذار!!!؟؟؟

اول ما طلبت طلع لي السعر 42 ريال بعدين جيت احاسب طلع السعر 62 سرقوني حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم
