People really liked your products I recommend more than 1000 people but in home men and women category more items and varieties needed . Please add more products which is available at marksandspencer.com cause they are not shipping at our address.
I’m using this app it’s been more than 3 years the from last few month I can’t scroll the complete collection it’s showing thousand of collection but we can view only 1 page .. Please help and have a look at the issue
I got a gift card with quite a big amount and it doesn’t work on this app!!!! This is so weird, the products I want to buy aren’t available in store so this is absurd. Every store has gift card that works in both physical as well as online store. This is not the case in their UK online store, only in India that’s why it’s completely unacceptable.
I have had a seamless experience experience on the app in the past. However, for a while now the app only shows the home page. Any link I open only shows “there are no items in this category” I haven’t applied any filter or sorting of any sort. Waiting for a fix.
Horrible app, click on clothing nothing appears. You guys are losing business.
App rarely works
If the orders placed in this app can’t be delivered why even bother having such an app. CoD orders are not getting delivered prepaid, orders are getting cancelled. The app is full of mess and glitches
App crashed 4 times , does not show the entire collection in one go , i took an hour to fill the entire cart and app crashed and when opened again cart was empty.
Not showing anything on this app
All the time it asks for an update. Pls understand this is not a grocery item that one will visit every week
