It’s never fun to have to remove and download app every two days to just look at account😡

This app frequently crashes and the bug fixes tend to make it worse. I love the bank and dislike the app.

I try to go into the app and it will just take me out . Now I don’t know How much is in my debt card

This app worked great for me until I upgraded my phone to iOS 18. Now it just crashes. I hope they fix this soon!

Doesn’t work with my iPhone very well. Be alerted MSUFCU internet dept and spoken to them at least three times. They get me back in and then I can’t access my accounts again! Very frustrating. I deleted the app. I just use my desk top and it works fine with my desk top.

Just recently changed it so I can no longer log on with my work phone as it is set to a VPN. Using a VPN provides security and I don’t understand how making it impossible to logon is supposed to be beneficial. Please fix it!

Literally can’t even use the app anymore. Been having to login through a web browser just to check my account for at least the past week.

This is the mobile companion app for the Michigan State University, Federal Credit Union, (MSUFCU)! It’s kind of hard to tell due to the poor reviews, but this is the actual companion app, (just leaving this here for confused MSU students).

When it works I live how easy it is to use. But several times a year this app just implodes and isn’t available for days at a time. Scheduled maintenance is usually the precursor to the app becoming completely unusable, I just removed it and redownloaded it again for the 4th time this year. Irritating.

I like the app when I can use it. They originally said they were doing updates from 5am - 9am. I go with my kids to get breakfast, I can’t unlock my card at 11am to pay for my breakfast because it’s down. I solely bank with MSUFCU. So this was pretty crappy. I needed to get gas too, and it left me stranded with my 2 year old daughter and newborn in the car. It’s now 12:00pm and they pushed it back to 1:00pm. I didn’t have access to my money, I had to pay for gas with quarters. I barely had enough gas to get home. This was extremely inconvenient, as I have kids. Of course it’s Sunday, so I can’t go to the bank and unlock my card or withdrawal money from an ATM with a card lock.
