ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed

Almost never works properly

I have had this app for over a year and have had so many issues. The app is updated with new requirements for submitting a payment request without any prior notice, or just doesn’t work after an update. I’ve had it confirm and submit for payment, only to find out the app lost it and I’m told to submit a paper form (which needed to be signed) even though it’s after the appointment date. All these “glitches” allow them to deny payments to poor, disabled and elderly people. I suspect it’s intentional to avoid paying claims.

This app all around is trash and just like how this app don’t work the customer service is just as garbage.

Every time I enter an appointment and go through all the steps to just get to the end and have a pop up message tell me I have to call. Then I call and have to start all over again with the agent as if I never imputed any information. Doesn’t matter if the trip is 3 miles away or 25 miles away. Also when my appts are put into the app by an agent, day comes to day I’m leaving but the app won’t even open with face recognition and then won’t let you input a password, yet it is time to leave for your appointment and you don’t have time to call customer service. Then of course your not reimbursed. Even on the trips were you press I’m leaving and I’m here, they sit in limbo land and are not paid out. I just looked back to march and there are 8 trips that haven’t been paid. Please fix this app!

I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to set up for gas reimbursement and to set up for a new reservation it tells me to call. Yet no one will take a reservation via phone for gas reimbursement. They just transfer you around and around and then somewhere someone will just disconnect on you.

Every time I call the office the representative leads with “Let me tell you about our SELF SERVE App!” The reason I am calling is because the self serve app is useless! If the app allows me to book the trip and I take the time to enter all of the necessary information —— it ends with a message I need to call to confirm! When I call —- I start at the beginning as if I didn’t just enter the info on the app! Not only did I waste my time with the app then my time is wasted while the representative tries to book the trip and says…. It won’t let me book it! I then sit on the phone while the rep tries to book it numerous ways. I say…. This is unacceptable….. I think you should get a supervisor to help with the problem. After bringing a supervisor in, eventually the trip gets booked! It is not unusual for me to spend 45minutes on the phone to book one trip! My time is valuable and the amount of time I spend managing transportation for a blind individual is a disgrace! I regret not journaling all of my interactions and time spent! Additionally, it’s not uncommon to look at the app to see what trips are scheduled to confirm accuracy of transportation only to find no data loads for viewing! I am on day 2 of no data loading and will need to make that painful, time consuming phone call to trouble shoot! I have been in this position in the past and after an entire day being past around with long waits between people the end result is we are having trouble with the app! Really…. I would never have known! Dealing with MTM scheduling is a nightmare and extremely frustrating and seems to get worse as time goes on! I don’t really know where to turn because it’s always a dead end! My time is worth money and MTM costs me a lot of money….. sucking the life out of me!

There are so many apps out there that never for a moment give you trouble but this one is nothing but trouble. Right now it is doing where you take the whole time of keying in every single thing and when you go to hit submit it throws up the number that you have to call and order to get the trip scheduled. I really thought I was going to love this app with being able to schedule the trips on my own at any time of day. But it has been several weeks where every time I attempt to key in all the information it waits till the very end when I hit submit and says that I have to call the trip in. I wish that you guys could really fix this problem.

The app works and then it doesn’t. I can’t even get into the app. It must need a serious update and de bugging. It’s great when it works and then. Yeah

Poorly designed

Great app concept but poorly designed. First time worked great, now most Of the time it cannot verify I have left starting point. They suggested that we turn on/off location services which helps SOMETIMES. When app does not work, have to fax/email paperwork. Then they indicate they are three plus weeks behind on paperwork submissions. Job security for someone as app works so little of the time. I call many numbers to get service- also job security but costly for company. Says on phone while on hold can schedule your own rides. I get all the way to the end after keying in all the required data requested and app says need to call in instead. Then I have to start all over with phone attendant. Sad.

Cant make trips

Every time I try to make a ride with this app it won’t let me schedule or to check all past trips from all appointments. I have to call my insurance just to make them. Horrible

They purposefully updated to not have to reimburse you.

Mtm app has never worked . Itwould NEVER actually log you in . As of te past year something drastic has happened within this company where you pay for insurance that is making sure that they don’t have to give you what you payout for and what is promised to you. First it slowly started where the app never turned on or logged you in. So you’d miss putting in your mileage because you couldn’t sit there for over an hour trying to check in to get your reimbursement. This went on for a very long while. Then, it trickled down to you putting in your info and doing eeeything and you still need get paid. And the you call Mtm to report what your doing and then they promise it is in there and that I should now expect payment. Which I never recieve. This happens for month after month after month. Everytime I’m not getting paid ,and I started doing it the old fashioned way by emailing the email where you send signed doctors letters etc, and mileage reports, and where my doctors office will send them in for me because they do this for many people and no matter if I emailed my proof they require , or had my doctors do it , and whene that didn’t work , call and tell Mtm and they say it’s fixed , for the millionth time , and it never was . And they say AGAIN to expect payment, whixh again, you won’t get. Then finally randomly I got two payments . And I was happy I atleast was getting what I should be getting, like I was in te beginning when I started , just my every repeating same day per week trips that I have to make. But nope, didn’t last. Again stopped working. But NOW they updated where you ant even cancel a ride through the app nevermind actually get paid what you should be. You now have to check in TWICE. Not just when you get there , but the exact time before you start to leave to go to your appointment. Most people that do this have to have someone else drive them because this is for disabled people basically. Not many people that have someon drive them, will remember tat many times to check in THAT often. (Since the disabled person getting the ride I alot of cases,can’t enter into the app). And then when you do, you still won’t get paid . (And if you have someone that says they will drive you, but in return need to reimbursed for gas , never actually get reimbursed when the person who is getting the ride , says that they will .) So then it makes the driver not be able to give the person with the disability etc, a ride anymore) Or in my case ihave a brain tumor /
