They force you to download the app then the deals are terrible and you can’t complete a purchase because the app doesn’t adjust to the screen size to allow you to actually scroll down to tap to pay. Worst app ever. Rather buy through your bank like FNB.

I downloaded the app and it won’t give me my freee gig??? Why????

I would actually rate this app below zero stars if possible, it does nothing but consume data everytime you log in, and is sloth slow to log-in. It takes about a minute or more to log in, evrn when I am able to connect to the internet and have no problem reaching other sites. And that is if it would log-in. If it does not log-in, the issue is presented as a misconfiguration of device settings, which were prior not a problem, and which had not been changed. MTN has misconfigured their network and blame the client, typical MTN. Would not actually advise anyone to download app or use it, for even app only specials are hardly worth the frustration of the app struggling to load properly. Most of services are accessible via USSD and special promotions are basically the same, and cost nothing.

OTPs are valid for 5 minutes. However, the OTPs take longer that 5 minutes to reach my messages inbox.

Worst app on my phone doesn’t support iOS properly and absolutely 0 feedback on issues, just there to try and take your money

Having a contract with MTN literally forces you to get this app, but truthfully? It’s the worst thing there is out there! It sometimes does not even load, but gets stuck on the MTN logo. I’d give it half a star if there was an option!

Using yellow bucks never works

This app definitely needs work , after downloading and trying to recharge with voice and data it’s impossible to do, tried for 3 hours to do this simple task, deleted the app and tried again, no luck, it will not accept any bank cards, after loading the card you cannot confirm the details that have been input, it’s simpler to go to a MTN store and buy recharge bundles ! Not convenient at all !
