Terrible App
Having a contract with MTN literally forces you to get this app, but truthfully? It’s the worst thing there is out there! It sometimes does not even load, but gets stuck on the MTN logo. I’d give it half a star if there was an option!

Yellowbucks don’t work
Using yellow bucks never works
Terrible
This app definitely needs work , after downloading and trying to recharge with voice and data it’s impossible to do, tried for 3 hours to do this simple task, deleted the app and tried again, no luck, it will not accept any bank cards, after loading the card you cannot confirm the details that have been input, it’s simpler to go to a MTN store and buy recharge bundles ! Not convenient at all !

Very slow
Very frustrating trying to do anything on this app because its supper laggy.
This app simply doesn’t work
No matter how many time I uninstall and reinstall this app I’m never able get past the bright yellow MTN screen.
Slow and buggy
App is really slow and takes a while to load whenever you click something. Mtn needs to upgrade their services and app
Poor response time
The application is very slow and takes way too much time to process is simple user request.
The app runs like Eskom
Look great but functions like Eskom. Buying data always always always just shows “Processing”, nothing happens and then I just close it. Pretty useless, just like Eskom. One of the worst apps I have ever used, and I am not the only one thinking show, based on the reviews. Such a big profitable company and brand but the app is amateurish and mediocre. And MTN does not seem to care ar all. Who runs this clown show?

Terrible. Hardly works. Billing function always fails to send. Can’t donate YB, list goes on.
